Free Wi-Fi was handy, but the parking lot needs better design for crowded days.

This place suits me perfectly. With free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, an indoor swimming pool, and air conditioning, it provides everything I need. I remember how the staff eagerly assisted me in finding a lost item on my first stay. I highly recommend it, and I’m coming back for Christmas.

i really enjoyed my stay here because of its proximity to the george m. verity riverboat museum, just a few steps away, and the beautiful rand park, perfect for a relaxing stroll after a day of sightseeing.

Rooms require urgent cleaning and attention!!! Floors covered in debris, microwave caked with grease and sticky substances, linens with hair, and shower control issues should all be addressed promptly!!!

The updated feel of the hotel was great, staff was friendly and informative,, and the pool was heated and enjoyable! Parking was a little tight when full, but overall, very pleasant experience!

Family with children, not the best but had some good moments

The swimming pool was pretty awesome, nice and large enough to swim laps, which I actually did for about 30 minutes straight. Also, I liked that the decor in some areas was a bit brighter, it made the lobby look less daunting.

It wasn’t cheap, but it was acceptable for what we got.

The kids loved the pool area, and having our family dog with us. The room was nice and clean, allowing us to relax after exploring local attractions. Prices were reasonable for our family stay.

We got to explore the local art scene and hit up some great restaurants nearby. The staff was super friendly, and our room was cozy and comfortable. The hotel offered a decent breakfast to kickstart our days. Overall, a nice place to unwind after some fun outings.

One downside was the cleanliness of the breakfast area. It could’ve used a better cleanup after guests, which made finding a clean table sometimes difficult.

The furnishings in the King Room were updated, making it feel fresh. The air conditioning worked well, which was crucial in the summer heat. However, the bathroom could use some better cleaning—the mold in the water dispenser was a definite downside. Overall, it was a decent stay but definitely had its quirks.

The indoor pool was enjoyable, perfect for kids to swim and relax. However, the room came with several issues, linens were not clean, and there was hair on the sheets. The shower system also malfunctioned, making it nearly impossible to have a hot shower, and the overall cleanliness of the room was quite disappointing. Although the staff were friendly and courteous during our stay, these problems marred our experience significantly.

The stay had some good moments with a clean room and friendly staff who were eager to accommodate despite the elevator being out of service. However, the breakfast offerings were quite limited, and some areas like the common spaces could benefit from better attention.
